2. We send email to you only if you have elected to receive it.
3. If we determine that any account with us is being used for the purpose of sending spam and/or fraud information, we will take action to shut it down as soon as possible.
4. Any Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) maybe submitted to third party stolen vehicle databases for screening. Please note that we are unable to do any programming for a VIN if it is marked as stolen.

We will never give any information about you to others without your express permission. Our site uses forms in which you give us contact information (such as your name, address, phone number, fax number, billing information and email address), so you can create an account, place orders, request information, sign up for events etc. We use your customer information only when it is important for us to contact you regarding changes to our events, our website and special activities we think you’ll find valuable, and to provide service. If you would rather not receive this information, you may follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in the newsletters you receive.
We use information gathered about you from our site statistics via log files provided by third-party tracking partners to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website. We also gather broad demographic information from this data to help us improve our site and to make your browsing experiences more enjoyable. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your internet browser’s “help” file.
Our third-party tracking utility company employs a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs) to help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with unique identifiers, similar in function to cookies; they are used to track the online movements of web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. Our tracking utility company does not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personally identifiable information.
Our site also contains links to other third-party websites. Sheng Hai is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy statement of any website you visit.
Our site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We use 128-bit SSL security to encrypt any transmissions when you provide credit card information, personal data, etc. No method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you have any questions about security on our website, you can contact us at email@example.com.
Customer Account Data We Process
When you sign up for an account, we ask for certain information like your contact details and billing information so we can communicate with you and so you can pay for our products and services. We also collect some information automatically, like your IP address, when you log in to your account. We use this to understand who is using our services and how, and to detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
For some products, we may also have to obtain a physical address from you, including your name and phone number. We may also use this physical service address for tax and shipping purposes. We may have to share your shipping or billing address with the shipping carrier and transaction processing company.
If you contact our Sales or Customer Support Teams, those teams keep a record of that communication, including your contact details and other information you share during the course of the communication. We store this information to help us keep track of the inquiries we receive from you and from customers generally so we can improve our products and services and provide training to team members. This information also helps our teams manage our ongoing relationships with our customers. Because we store a record of these communications, please be thoughtful about what information you share with our Sales and Customer Support Teams. While we will take appropriate measures to protect any sensitive information you share with us, it is best to avoid sharing any personal or other sensitive information in these communications not necessary for these teams to assist you.
