This guide intends to illustrate the use of Valve Plate Reinforcement Tool step by step.
Step 1. Secure the valve plate on the base with the drill guider installed:
Please pay attentions to the 6 screws circled in red
Step 2 Remove the original accumulator wall using a driller, attach the driller to your impact wrench/wrench *The driller must rotate clockwise to prevent damage to the tools*
Step 3 Remove the remaining accumulator wall with a plier; Install the oil ring to the base of the steel base
Step 4 Properly align the holes of the accumulator base to the valve plate, install the bracket to secure the accumulator. Please do not over-tighten the screws.
